AllyDev supports the integration with ticketing platforms like JIRA, devOps, Github, and others.
The integration is created and provisioned through Allyable360 Platform.

Manage CI/CD tickets

AllyDev dashboard has the ability to show a list of open tickets at the bottom of the popup window. Only tickets assigned to the logged-in user will be displayed.



Create new ticket

By clicking "+ New ticket" for a specific element, the user is able to create a new ticket, assign it to specific user, and provide all the information required. 
In turn, a ticket will be opened automatically in the ticketing platform for the selected user.
